Mission leader Deacon Mark CesnikSt. Catherine of Siena Institute Discipleship and the call to conversion are at the heart of the parish mission, since everything else flows from them: stewardship, the discernment of gifts and vocation, prayer, involvement in the parish, and individual work to carry God’s love into the world. Consequently, all of Deacon Mark’s mission is crafted to have an evangelizing effect on the members of the

parish. Using scripture, the rich teaching of the Church, and reflections on his own journey of faith and the lives of disciples who have influenced him, Deacon Mark attempts to present Jesus’ invitation to each one of us to become his disciple in ways that

are personal, fresh, engaging, and often surprisingly amusing.
